within a traditional Japanese house,
where we take the time to attend to each guest with care.
“toi” means “you.”
This is a place just for you.
Our nail technician holds a nursing license
and places great importance on hygiene and safety.
Tool management, hand hygiene, and the ambiance of the space,
we ensure every detail – even the unseen aspects –
is thoughtfully considered and meticulously maintained.
Additionally,
as part of your experience in this traditional Japanese house,
you may occasionally sense the presence of our cat.
We take thorough precautions regarding hygiene and safety,
and upon request, we can isolate the cat in a separate room
during your treatment.

Q1. Can first-time users use this service?
A. Yes. nail salon toi. is a private nail salon that operates by appointment only.
To ensure that even first-time visitors feel at ease, we provide a thorough consultation before each treatment.
Q2. How do you handle hygiene management?
A. Our nail technicians are licensed nurses who prioritize hygiene and safety above all else—from instrument management and hand hygiene to the overall atmosphere of the salon.
We never reuse instruments; each one is disinfected for every client.
We leave no detail unattended, even those you can’t see, to ensure you feel completely at ease in our salon.
Q3. Are there any pets at the salon?
A. Since this is both my home and my salon, We have a cat.
We can keep the cat in a separate room during your appointment, so please let us know when you book if you have allergies or any concerns.
Q4. Can I bring my children to the store?
A. Yes, that is possible.
However, as this requires consideration of the treatment details and safety precautions, please be sure to consult with us in advance.
Please note that depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Q5. Can men use this service?
A. We apologize, but as this is a women-only salon,
we are unable to accommodate male customers.
Q6. Is there parking available?
A. Yes, there is parking available on the premises.
We will provide you with the exact location once your reservation is confirmed.
Q7. How do I make a reservation?
A. We accept reservations via LINE or Instagram DM.

Q8.Is it okay if I’m late?
A.If you are late, we may need to adjust your treatment plan.
Q9.What are the cancellation fees?
A.If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of your booked service the next time you visit.
Please note that same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in us being unable to accept future reservations from you.

To ensure we can give each client our full attention, we operate on an appointment-only basis.
We may be unable to answer the phone during treatments.

We are available for consultations on weekends and holidays as well.
